Try and stay on track this week with my top tips

So this week leading up to the big day will be filled with food, drinks and parties for most people….

And that is GREAT

For me that is a big part of Christmas and should be enjoyed 

HOWEVER

If you want to minimise feeling BLOATED and RUBBISH then there are a few things you can do…

1. Make sure you start the day with a good breakfast full of protein and good fats so something like

Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon

Avocado with Bacon 

Veggie omelette

2. Drink a minimum of 3 litres of water a day…especially if drinking alcohol

3. Get out for some exercise and fresh air, take the dogs for walk, goto the park

4. Choose clear spirits like gin/vodka with tonic or fizz is another lower sugar option if you fancy a drink

5. Try to stick to 3 meals a day where you can

Above all kick back a little and have a great Christmas with your friends and family!!!!

Don’t beat yourself up if you fall off track, the day after is another day.
