1. Drink 2-3 litres of water

2. Get out in the fresh air today….

3. No snacking…shoot for 3 healthy meals

4. Get to bed an hour early…..lack of sleep will not help with fat loss

5. Be more active…..be that walking, running whatever you LOVE!
