Time to rebook your next sessions

I hope you are all well?

I’ve been doing some housekeeping so I wanted to make you aware of a couple of things – 

Firstly we are rebooking now for next week and Easter dates are as follows for classes that are ON:-)

Monday 3 & 24 April1pm and 7.15pm sessions

Wednesday 5, 19 & 26 April7.15pm

Thursday 6 & 27 April12pm

Saturday 8, 22 & 29 April9am (and HIIT 8.15am)

Please could I ask you to rebook in advance of your session and not on the actual day itself as all halls are to be paid in advance and prices are going up in April therefore if I don’t hit the minimum which is 8 people, I will have to see going forward whether I can keep that class on.

You will see on the booking page that I have now added the option to pay for two classes per week at a slightly discounted rate as there are a few of you starting or wanting to do this.

I have also added a day reference to the option on drop in (PAYG) sessions so it is clearer which session you might be dropping in to. 

So just to run though PAYG.

This option is available for when holidays occur and you might be missing a number of sessions and it isn’t worth paying for the full block.

It is not really intended to be a permanently used option.

If you do want to use PAYG then please let me know which sessions you are intending to attend so that I can be sure that we have space in that class as the spaces will always go to those who have block booked and some classes are now at capacity.

Also with regard to PAYG, I would prefer as much as possible for this to be prepaid via the website, after you have confirmed there is availability to attend that session (just text me). I can then be certain of my numbers and if you can’t use the website, pre-payment cash before the session you are coming to.
