Please note that classes/courses in general are run as blocks rather than PAYG.
All classes are bookable via the website and payable in advance.
All Block bookings must be paid in advance of attending the first session (before the actual day of the session) and via the website.
If you are doing PAYG, the classes still need to be booked via the website and in advance of the class.
Please note that block bookings take preference to PAYG therefore it is important that you notify the instructor if this is your intention as there may be a wait list on this class and anyone who is going to block book will take the slot and then should space become available the PAYG client can attend and will be notified.
All Block bookings must be paid in advance of attending a session and via the website.
We can take cash payments but please ensure you have paid for the next month on your last session of the previous month/block otherwise you may lose your space.
You will be reminded to rebook the week before the next block at the class, via email, and within the Facebook group.
Please do not turn up to class without booking.
Payments are for the entire block and we do not offer refunds for your holidays.
Please give a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation of class.
You will be given notice of blocks/class dates in advance.
Should your instructor have to cancel short notice a refund will be arranged.
Classes will run except for bank holidays and over Christmas and New Year which will be advised and also when the instructor is on holiday but you will be notified.
Refunds – where you cannot attend your sessions due to illness or other particular factors to be considered, a full or partial refund may be arranged depending on circumstances and amount of notice given.
If you can no longer attend a course/block or workshop, full refund will be given for 7 days notice, 50% for 72 hours notice, 25% 48 hours notice. After that no refund as you will appreciate workshops/courses are run according to numbers and expenses will have been incurred to set up the course and instructor.
These terms and conditions are put in place to try to run a fair usage policy.
