As well as workouts we will be looking at improving your mindset and motivation and helping you to tone up and change shape!
Timetable
MONDAY / WEDNESDAY / FRIDAY – 7.15am (30-40 mins)
Saturdays 8am
& SATURDAY (8AM)
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM APP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE
If you are doing Zoom, it will be easier if you are part of our What’s App group so I can send you the meeting link just before we do the session – my number is 07956 520767 – find me or save me into your What’s app and send me a message.
Then for Zoom download the app to your phone or use this link to upload to your PC.
- Before each class I will send you a link to join class
- I will be online about FIVE mins before each class
- You will join the session on mute and without video so if you want to talk you have to unmute and if you want me to see you turn on the video. There is a tool bar that will be at the bottom on your PC or top on ipad or phone.
- When you join the session you will go into a waiting room where I will admit you when ready.
To get the most out of it, make sure your phone is away from your PC and you are not using the WIFI elsewhere as this will affect the connection quality.
You can link up to your TV via phones and laptop, either with HDMI cable or screen mirroring if you have a SMART TV.
You can also link up bluetooth speakers for more volume.
I will send a reminder a few days before your membership expires to see if you wish to renew.
