I am running a three week block of beginners pilates sessions to help you learn about Viva Pilates and making movement easier. These are 30 minute sessions via Zoom.
You will need a mat and eventually some Pilates equipment.
Sessions are twice a week
Mondays & Thursdays 10am-10.30am
25 January / 1st February / 8 February / 15 February 2021
After taking part in all of the sessions, you will then be able to join the main stream pilates classes should you wish to.
All sessions will be recorded and available to watch again.
