We are running a four week block of beginners pilates sessions to help you learn about Viva Pilates and making movement easier. These are 45 minute sessions via Zoom and for a small group of six people so that you get personal attention and I can deal with an queries and see how you move.
You will need a mat and eventually some Pilates equipment.
Wednesdays 9.15am – 10am (starting 14 July finishing 4 August)
After taking part in all of the sessions, you will then be able to join either the main stream pilates classes.
