Why should you do a Viva Pilates Course?

Well that is easy, if you want to improve your flexibility, get rid of those persistent aches and pains, reduce the likelihood of injuries from other intense fitness activities, feel stronger, leaner, taller and have a greater sense of wellbeing, then our Viva Pilates courses will help you improve your strength of body and mind. We ensure that from the first session our class and exercises work for you so that you work at the correct level for your ability even in a mixed group.

About Me

My name is Helen Barness and I am Pilates & Wellbeing Coach specialising in mobility, movement and mindset, helping clients to move more easily and freely. I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and decided to focus more on Pilates and mobility in the last decade as I felt this was the way forward as we age to help improve mobility and movement. I also believe it is very important to work on mindset and develop your relationship with your body so that you tune into a better quality of movement and wellbeing.
