Is your central heating on yet

The Seasons are changing, the nights are drawing in…….

Does it make you want to put the heating on and eat soups and casseroles ?

It does me…..

Do you also notice the effect on your skin when the seasons change ? Central heating is very drying for our skin so make sure to continue to drink plenty of water through the Winter to keep your skin as hydrated as possible.

If you are lucky enough to be going skiing don’t forget your High Sun Factor cream for your face, those sun rays are really really strong and so so damaging to your skin. So as well as in Summer wearing your high SPF make sure you cover up in Winter too. Ideally we all should wear SPF factor every day.

I’m sure you have heard of TROPIC Skin Products ?
