I am loving the lighter mornings and evenings…the feel of Spring in the air..I love this time of the year.
I think Spring is one of my favourite seasons and also a good time to have a good look at your health and fitness goals

Here are mine
Get to the gym for a swim, sauna and jacuzzi…a bit of me time
Drink more water
Continue with no chocolate for Lent
