This makes me think of outdoors, fresh air, getting the garden shed sorted out, vegetables, allotments, organic …..
What thoughts come into your mind ?
If you will be branching out into the garden take it steady if you will be digging, planting, mowing etc as you may use muscles that you have not used in a long time. Make sure you take plenty of breaks, keep your fluid intake up and enjoy yourselves !!!
Do you buy organic vegetables ? There are good selections in the supermarkets nowadays even Aldi have a good range. Do you perhaps grow your own ? Do you have a greenhouse ? or even an allotment ? I’d love to hear your ‘gardening’ thoughts hit REPLY and let me know.
