Some of you might have been working through Easter ? Some of you maybe have been away ? Kids off school ?
So next week could be the start of a new YOU is it ?
Are you aiming to UP your exercise routine ?
Perhaps thinking of eating more healthy ?
Trying to lose a few lbs ?
Tone up for Summer ?
If you said YES to any of the above then start off easy, take it 1 step at a time, remember Rome wasn’t built in a day.
Set your goals, small goals to start with and take them slowly but surely. remember it’s not a race it’s a marathon.
YOU are in this for the long haul….
A few quick tips to help you get back to normality this week:

1. Cut down on sugar and sweeteners

2. Reduce caffeine and alcohol

3. Increase water

4. Cut out bread

5. Get rid of processed foods and cook from scratch!!!!
