The big Summer holidays are here…
What are your plans for the Summer ?
Don’t forget if you want to keep your fitness on track there are lots of FREE activities you can do that involves the children:
~ walk in the park / countryside
~ walk with the dog
~ bike rides
~ football / rounders in the park
~ many local authorities now offer free swimming for under 16’s
~ at home workout videos there are 1000’s on you tube
~ hill climbs, running up steps
~ if you are lucky enough to be at the coast then jogging along the sand is excellent fitness
~ check your local library for local events
